Salary ranges within each pay grade are based on qualifications, skills, experience, equity in comparison to similar positions, and external market values. These numbers represent the median, which is the midpoint of the ranges from our proprietary Total Pay Estimate model and based on salaries collected from our users. Service and trade roles are classified in job grades 01-43.
